Domestic Sector: Senior Sales Executive/Account Manager
This is a senior sales position contributing to drive the business forward, through sales generation from Sri lankan market.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands on sales experience
- Minimum part qualifications in Sales and Marketing (CIM/SLIM), or relevant academic qualification
- Previous experience and exposure in Tourism and leisure would be advantageous
- Good Networking skills and contacts would contribute to the success of this role.
Job Role
- Prospecting Business from the specific market
- Sales planning to achieve overall monthly target
- Developing new business
- Visiting clients
- Maintaining required profitability (40%)
- Preparation of sales proposals based on our tours
- Sales administration (Daily/Monthly plans and Reports)
- Daily Correspondence with clients
- Liaising with Tours department for pricing/program development on non-standard programs
- Escorting VIP clients on tours
- Assist in special promotions/activities organized by the company
- Building relationships with local media
- Updating and Maintaining the end-user/ client database on a monthly basis.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on sold tours
- Coordination with Operations/Tours/Finance departments to ensure customer satisfaction
SLTO Sector: Senior Sales Executive/Account Manager
This is a senior sales position looking after the Sri Lanka Tour Operator segment. The person would be responsible to establish contacts with the segment and building lasting relationships with this sales channel to ensure continuous business.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands on sales experience out of which a minimum of 1 year in with a Tour operator.
- Minimum part qualifications in Sales and Marketing (CIM/SLIM), or relevant academic qualification
- Previous experience and exposure in Tourism and leisure would be advantageous
- Good Networking skills and contacts in the market would contribute to the success of this role.
Job Role
- Prospecting Business from the specific market

FIT Sector: Assistant Manager
This is a sales position covering the FIT segment of our business. You would be responsible for bringing in sales from the segment primarily through web portals.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands on sales experience in a similar position handling a similar market
- Minimum part qualifications in Sales and Marketing (CIM/SLIM), or relevant academic qualification would be advantageous
- Good Networking skills and established contacts in the leisure sector would contribute to the success of this role.
Job role
- Service all direct inquiries generated through Eco Team websites from non-Sri Lankans/Sri Lankans living overseas
- Explore and link with relevant web portals to expand the sales channels
- Maintaining required profitability and Maintaining required success ratio
- Daily correspondence as per the agreed quality and response guidelines and Maintenance records of daily interactions
- Updating and Maintaining the end-user/ client database on a monthly basis
- Preparation of sales proposals based on our tours
- Sales administration (Daily/Monthly plans and Reports)
- Liaising with Tours department for pricing/program development on non-standard programs

Junior Tour Executive
The role initially would assist in a Go-to market plan for a new product to be launched. The role extends to tour coordination and ensuring a smooth operation from inquiry to delivery stage. You would be trained to handle more responsibilities under the Tours Department. This is an ideal opportunity as an entry position for someone with a passion for sales and in tourism promotions.

- Assist Tours manager to coordinate operations to ensure smooth running of Day Tours program
- Assist in special promotions/activities organized by the company
